I am sorry. I have sold all my copies, so I can’t influence prices down any more. When I have time, I will find a new publisher to reissue the book, publish a second edition, or simply post the book to the web ... but each option will take time ... time I don’t have right now. This is frustrating for everyone. – Glyn
